Yoga studio management software that keeps your class packs straight

Class packs, drop-ins, memberships and workshops — tracked from one place. So you can teach the class instead of counting it.

SimpliClass app

Who it's for

One mat or two hundred, one room or three venues — the admin should stay the same size.

Boutique studios

A single beautiful room, a full weekly schedule and a loyal crowd. Class packs and memberships that track themselves while you teach.

Multi-teacher collectives

Several teachers sharing one space and one timetable, each with their own classes and students — with team access so everyone sees their own register.

Course and workshop programmes

Six-week beginners' courses, Sunday intensives and guest-teacher workshops, each with its own bookings and price alongside the weekly classes.

Private one-to-one teachers

Sessions at students' homes, in the park or in a hired room. One student, one fee, one record — even when they're your only student that day.

Hybrid online and in-studio

The livestreamed morning class and the studio evening class on the same rolling timetable, with students and money for both kept together.

Built for a rolling schedule, not a school term

Organise

Weekly classes, six-week courses and one-off workshops, each with its own students, price and register. There are no terms to rebuild — the timetable rolls on and the admin keeps up.

Communicate

A moved class, a stand-in teacher for Thursday, bookings opening for the spring workshop — send one notice to exactly the right group. Students hear it from you, not from a rumour in the changeroom queue.

Get paid

Monthly memberships are sent automatically, with drop-in payments and workshop places on the same account. See whose ten-class pack is nearly done before they roll out their mat, not after.

Features

From the first sun salutation to the final savasana

Every student, in every class they take

Set up Sunrise Flow at 06:30, Slow Yoga at 09:30 and the Wednesday Beginners' Course — each class or course its own group, with its own students and its own price. A student who does vinyasa on Mondays and yin on Fridays is captured once and appears in both.

Their classes, their attendance and their account sit on one record, so you know who's a founding member and who wandered in off the beach last Tuesday.

A rolling timetable with room for workshops

Vinyasa at 06:30, lunchtime yin at 12:15, candlelit restorative on Friday at 18:00 — the week repeats without terms to rebuild around, and the six-week Beginners' Course slots in alongside.

When Tuesday evening moves to the garden room, change it once and everyone booked in sees the new space. A guest-teacher workshop on Easter Saturday drops onto the same shared calendar without disturbing the weekly classes.

Class packs and memberships, with the expiry in plain sight

Sell a five-class pack, a ten-class pack or an unlimited monthly membership, and keep a drop-in rate for travellers. Recurring membership fees are sent automatically each month — no invoicing round, no terms to restart.

Every pack sits on the student's account with its expiry date visible, so a student with two classes left that lapse on Friday hears it from you before they book — and nobody's credits are counted in a notebook at the door.

Drop-ins checked in before the first breath

Open the class, mark students present as the mats unroll — regulars, pack holders and tonight's drop-in on one register. The drop-in payment goes onto their account while you take attendance, so the money and the mat count always match.

Over the months the register tells you which classes fill and which fade. On the Pro plan, ask the SimpliClass assistant which regulars have gone quiet, then send a notice to just those students to bring them back.

Questions yoga studios ask

How do class packs with an expiry date work?

Set the pack up once as a fee template — a five-class pack, a ten-class pack, whatever you sell — then add it to a student's account when they buy, with the expiry date visible on their account. The register shows who is coming often enough to use their credits in time, and the account shows who is due to renew.

Can I run drop-ins alongside monthly memberships?

Yes. Members get recurring membership fees sent automatically each month, while a drop-in gets a once-off payment when they attend. Both sit on the student's account, and you can send a statement whenever someone asks where they stand. On the Pro plan, students can pay online too.

Can workshops and courses have their own fees?

Yes. Run the six-week Beginners' Course or a Sunday workshop as its own group with its own fee, and add it to just the students who booked. It appears on the same account as their membership or class pack, so nothing needs chasing separately.

How do I check students in at the door?

Every class has its own attendance register. Open the class, tap each student present as the mats unroll, and the record is kept for you — handy for seeing which time slots fill, and for studios that bill by the class.

Can a student pause their membership?

Yes. Pause the recurring membership fee on that student's account while they travel or recover from an injury, and nothing is sent until you start it again. Their classes, pack history and attendance are all waiting when they come back to the mat.
