Can materials levies differ from student to student?
Yes. Add a once-off fee to one student, a whole class or the entire club, with whatever amount fits. The pottery group needs clay, glaze and kiln firing while the sketching group only goes through paper and willow charcoal — so each student carries the levy that matches what they actually use, on the same statement as their term fees.
Can I add workshop fees on top of term fees?
Yes. Term fees are sent automatically on your schedule, and once-off workshop fees — a Saturday lino printing session or a holiday mosaic morning — can be added to just the students who booked. Fee templates make the workshops you run every month a one-tap job, and everything appears on one statement.
Can I take attendance for each class and workshop?

How do I keep a small workshop small?
Each workshop is its own group with its own student list, so the twelve-place lino printing workshop holds exactly the twelve students you booked into it, separate from your weekly classes. Its register and workshop fee apply only to those students.
Can parents check their balance?
