Questions dance studios ask
Can each class have its own fee?
Yes. Every class, grade or troupe can have its own fee, so pre-school movement on a Wednesday and the senior contemporary crew on a Friday can cost different amounts. And when one dancer takes two styles, both appear on the same account.
Can I add a costume levy on top of term fees?
Yes. Recurring term fees are sent automatically on your schedule, and you can add once-off fees — a costume levy, an exam entry or a competition entry — to one dancer, a whole class or the entire school whenever they come up. It all appears on the same statement.
Can parents see what they owe?
Yes. Send an account statement at the click of a button and parents see exactly what is outstanding — term fees, levies and entries on one page. On the Pro plan, parents can also pay online.
Can I take a register for each class?
Yes. Every class has its own attendance register. Open the class, mark each dancer present as they arrive, and the record is kept for you — useful for your own notes and for studios that bill by attendance.
What happens to recurring fees between terms?
You stay in control. Pause the recurring fees when the term ends and start them again when the new one begins — nothing is sent while the studio is quiet. Your dancers, classes and history stay exactly where you left them.
