Swim school and swimming club software that keeps every squad in sync
Who it's for
Whether you teach four-year-olds to blow bubbles or coach a masters lane at dawn, SimpliClass fits around the way your pool time is already booked.
Learn-to-swim schools
Tadpoles through to stroke groups — every level with its own swimmers, fee and register.
Competitive swimming clubs
Squads, qualifying times and gala entries tracked across the whole season.
Adult stroke correction
Evening lanes for grown-ups fixing their front crawl, billed monthly without fuss.
Holiday intensive programmes
Daily lessons for one week of the school break, then quiet until the next one.
Multi-venue squads
One club spread across the school pool, the municipal baths and a Saturday venue hire.
Masters groups
Early-morning lanes for swimmers who never quite stopped racing.
Built around the gala calendar
Organise
Squads, levels and stroke groups, each with its own swimmers, lane times and fees. Build the term once and every session, gala and break hangs off the same calendar.
Communicate
Pool closures, a lane change for the Tuesday squad, entries closing on Friday — send one notice to the right squad and it reaches every parent at once.
Get paid
Monthly lesson fees are sent automatically, with gala entries and club membership on the same statement. See who has paid before the next meet, not after.
Features
From first widths to the final gala of the season
Every squad and level, with its own register
Set up Tadpoles at 14:30, Stroke Builders at 15:30 and Junior Squad at 16:30 — each level its own group with its own swimmers and its own monthly lesson fee.
Mark the register from the pool deck as swimmers arrive. Attendance is kept per squad and level, so when gala selection comes around you can see who has been putting in the lengths and who has not been near the water in weeks.
One lane timetable across every squad
Learn-to-swim at 14:30, adult stroke correction at 18:00, masters at 05:30 — the whole week, across every squad and venue, lives on one shared calendar.
When the Tuesday squad moves to the indoor pool for winter, change it once and every parent sees the new time and venue. Nobody turns up to an empty lane.
Monthly lesson fees, gala entries and club membership
Set the fee for each level once and recurring monthly lesson fees are sent automatically — monthly, by the term or rolling all year.
When the season opens, add a gala entry or the annual club membership to just the swimmers it applies to. It all sits on one family statement, so nothing gets chased at the pool gate.
Move a swimmer up a level and the billing keeps step
When a swimmer graduates from Tadpoles to Stroke Builders mid-term, move them once. Their register, their notices and their account all follow to the new group.
The new level's monthly lesson fee takes over from the date you choose and the old one stops — no end-of-month fixing. On the Pro plan, you can even ask the SimpliClass assistant to make the move for you.

Questions from the pool deck
Can I move a swimmer up a level in the middle of a term?
Yes. Move the swimmer from one squad or level to another and their attendance history and account move with them. Set the new level's monthly lesson fee to start on the date of the move and the old fee stops, so the next statement reflects the change without any manual fixing.
How do gala entries work alongside monthly lesson fees?
Gala entries are once-off fees. Add one to a single swimmer, a whole squad or everyone entered for the meet, and it appears on the same statement as their monthly lesson fees. Parents see one total, and you can see who has paid their entry before entries close.
Can I bill monthly, by the term, or rolling?
Yes. Recurring fees are sent on whatever schedule you set. Many learn-to-swim schools run monthly lesson fees all year, while clubs tied to a gala calendar bill by the term. When you already know what next term costs, queue it in advance as a scheduled transaction.
Can I take a register for each squad?
Yes. Every squad, level and stroke group has its own attendance register. Open the group, mark each swimmer present from the pool deck, and the record is kept for you — useful for gala selection, and for schools that bill by attendance.
What happens to fees over the school break?
Pause them. Stop the recurring fees when lessons end for the holidays and switch them back on when the new term begins — nothing is sent while the pool is quiet. Swimmers, squads and payment history are all there when you return, so a winter closure costs you no admin at all.
SimpliClass for other groups
Run something besides a swim school? The same simple admin works for these too.
