Sports club and team management software that gets subs and kit money in
Who it's for
From minis on a Saturday morning to the first team under lights, SimpliClass fits the way your club already runs.
Junior clubs
Minis, U9s through U19s — every age group with its own coach, training night and subs, under one club account.
School teams
First team down to the U14C side. Squads per age group, a season of fixtures, and parents who actually get the notice.
Adult social leagues
Five-a-side on Wednesdays, touch rugby on Thursdays. Squad list, season fees and the fixture calendar in one place.
Academy and development squads
Trialists, intake lists and training blocks. Track who is in which squad and what each family owes for the season.
Multi-age-group community clubs
Sixty players across seven age groups, run by volunteers. Registers, notices and subs that don't eat your week.
Single-team sides
One team, one coach-manager, twenty players and a season of subs to collect. Set it up in an afternoon.
Built for the rhythm of the season
Organise
Teams, squads and age groups — each with its own players, coach and training night. Build the season once, from pre-season to the winter break, and every week runs from the same page.
Communicate
Kick-off moved, training rained off, kit orders closing Friday — send one notice to a squad or the whole club and every parent reads the same message.
Get paid
Season subs are sent automatically, with kit orders and tournament entries on the same family statement. You see who has paid before the team sheet goes up.
Features
From pre-season trials to the last fixture of the season
Every player, in the right squad
U9s, U11s, U13s, U15s and the first team — each age group is its own squad with its own coach, players and register. Move a player up at the start of the season without re-capturing a thing.
Parents and guardians sit on the family account, so the people paying the subs see the same player record you do — contact details, notes and attendance history included.
Training nights and match days on one calendar
U11s on Tuesdays at 17:30, U13s on Thursdays at 18:00, first team Tuesdays and Thursdays at 19:00 — with Saturday fixtures layered on top. Build the season once and it repeats until the break.
When the fields are waterlogged on Thursday morning, move the session once and every parent sees the change on the shared calendar before the school run.
Season subs that send themselves
Set the subs for each team or age group once — the U9s pay less than the first team — and recurring fees are sent automatically, monthly or per season.
Every family gets one statement: subs, the kit order and the tournament entry on a single page. You see who has paid, who is part-paid and who needs a nudge before Saturday.
Kit orders and tournament entries without the envelope
New season kit, a tournament entry, the end-of-season tour levy — add a once-off fee to one player, a whole squad or the entire club, and it lands on the family statement with the subs.
No cash in kit bags, no spreadsheet of who has paid for socks. The money side of the season runs itself while you coach from the touchline.

Questions sports clubs ask
Can each team or age group have its own subs?
Yes. Every team, squad or age group can carry its own fee, so the U9s can pay one amount and the first team another. And when two siblings play in different age groups, both sets of subs appear on the same family account.
How do season subs work?
Set the amount once and recurring fees are sent automatically on the schedule you choose — monthly or per season. Pause them in the off-season and start them again at pre-season; your squads, players and history stay exactly where you left them.
Can I add kit orders and tournament entries on top of subs?
Yes. Add a once-off fee — a kit order, a tournament entry or a tour levy — to one player, a squad or the whole club whenever it comes up. It all lands on the same family statement, so parents see one total instead of three separate reminders.
Can I take a register for each squad?
Yes. Every team and age group has its own attendance register. Open the squad, mark each player present as they arrive at training, and the record is kept for you — handy when selection depends on who has been pitching.
Can parents pay subs online?
Yes. On the Pro plan, parents pay straight from their statement and the payment reconciles itself. You can also import your bank statement and let SimpliClass match payments to the right family accounts for you.
