Can I run more than one reading circle?
Yes. Each circle is its own group with its own members, meeting calendar, notices and subs. Someone who belongs to both the evening circle and the crime circle appears in each, and you can send a notice to one circle without disturbing the other.
How do membership subs work?
Set the amount once and recurring subs are sent automatically on the schedule you choose — monthly, quarterly or once a year. If the club pauses over the holidays, pause the subs too and start them again when the new reading year begins. Your members, circles and records are all there when you pick things up again.
Can I collect event contributions for special evenings?
Yes. Add a once-off contribution — an author evening, a wine tasting or the year-end dinner — to one member, a whole circle or everyone at once. It is itemised alongside their subs on the same statement, and on the Pro plan members can pay online straight from it.
How do I keep track of RSVPs and attendance?
Send a group notice asking who is coming to the next meeting, then mark the attendance register on the night. The register is kept per circle, so by the end of the year you can see who has barely missed a meeting and who has not been since the first book.
Can members see what they owe?
Yes. Send a statement straight from a member's account and they see every sub and event contribution on one page. On the Pro plan, members can pay online from the statement itself, and a bank-statement import matches incoming payments to the right member for you.
