Term fees, production levies and costume money
Term fees are set once per class and sent automatically on your schedule — monthly or by the term. Different age groups can carry different fees, and siblings appear on the same family account.
Casting the spring production? Add a once-off production levy or costume hire fee to just the cast it applies to. It appears on the same statement as the term fees — one total per family, no envelope of cash at the stage door.
Festival entries and registers, in hand
Enter the senior class for the one-act play festival or the eisteddfod, add the entry fee to just those performers, and mark the rehearsal register as the cast arrives in seconds.
Registers are kept per class and per production. When you are finalising the festival cast, the attendance record shows who has been at rehearsal and who has not.

Can I keep a separate cast list for each production?
Yes. Every class, production and age group is its own group in SimpliClass, with its own members, rehearsal times, register and fees. A performer who attends weekly classes and is cast in two productions appears in all three groups, captured once.
How do I collect a production levy or costume money?
Add it as a once-off fee to one member, a whole cast or the entire company whenever the production calls for it. Recurring term fees keep to their schedule, and the levy lands on the same account statement — one total per family instead of a string of reminders.
Can I take a register at rehearsals?
Yes. Every class and production has its own attendance register. Open the production, tick the cast off as they come in, and the register keeps itself — handy when festival selection depends on who has actually been at rehearsal.
Can I add festival entries for just the performers entered?
Yes. Add the eisteddfod or one-act festival entry as a once-off fee to only those members. It appears on their statement alongside term fees, and you can see at a glance who has paid before entries close.
Can parents pay fees online?
Yes, on the Pro plan. Parents pay directly from their statement, payments reconcile themselves, and bank statement imports match incoming payments to the right account. You can also ask the SimpliClass assistant who still owes for the production levy and get a straight answer.
