Creative club management software that keeps subs and sessions in step
Who it's for
Weekly, fortnightly or only in the holidays — if your club gathers people to make things, SimpliClass keeps the admin side of the table tidy.
Storytelling sessions
Saturday story circles and holiday tale trails — every child on the register, every parent reading the same notice.
Craft clubs
Knitting circles, pottery evenings and mixed-craft mornings, with subs and materials packs tracked per maker.
Photography clubs
Monthly photowalks, critique evenings and darkroom workshops — outings, subs and darkroom fees in one place.
Writing groups
Weekly writers' circles and poetry workshops where the membership list, subs and session notes live together.
Mixed-arts after-school clubs
Painting on Monday, collage on Wednesday, puppet-making on Friday — one account across every session and age band.
Holiday and pop-up workshops
A three-day printmaking intensive or a one-off lantern-making morning — set it up, run it, pack it away.
Built for a rhythm that never repeats itself
Organise
Groups, sessions and workshops — each with its own members, materials list and register. Meet weekly, monthly or only in the holidays; the next gathering is always set up and waiting.
Communicate
A new venue for Saturday's craft morning, a reminder to bring aprons, a call for workshop ideas — post one notice to the right group and every member sees it.
Get paid
Membership subs are sent on your schedule, and one-off fees for clay, yarn or printing land on the same statement. You know who has paid before you buy the materials.
Features
From the first session to the final show-and-tell
Every maker, in the right group
Add a member once and place them in Saturday Story Time, the Wednesday Writers' Circle or both — each group keeps its own list, subs and notes.
Emergency contacts, and the note that Thandi prefers oil pastels to watercolours, stay on the member record — so any session leader sees what matters before the glue guns come out.
A calendar that bends around your rhythm
Weekly craft mornings, a monthly photowalk and a one-off lantern workshop all sit on the same shared calendar — no separate diary for the irregular stuff.
Move the Writers' Circle from the library to the community hall and every member sees the change, because the calendar they check is always the current one.
Membership subs and materials money, untangled
Set subs once — monthly, by the term or per block of sessions — and recurring fees are sent automatically, even when your rhythm changes between blocks.
Running a clay and glaze workshop? Add a one-off materials fee to just the twelve members who booked. It lands on the same statement as their subs, so the kiln never gets paid for out of your own pocket.
Know who actually came
Open the session, tap each member present as they arrive, and the register is kept for you — two minutes at the door, no clipboard.
Because every register is stored, you can look back over the term and see that the Thursday craft group is thinning out while Saturday Story Time has a waiting list — then shape next term around what really happened.
Happy customers
What session leaders say
“I've been using SimpliClass for Story Time with Suné, and it has completely streamlined my class admin! Setting up each child in their respective class is quick and easy, and the weekly register feature helps me track attendance effortlessly. The group feed is another fantastic tool, it allows me to keep a record of what I've taught in each lesson, ensuring continuity and organization. SimpliClass has taken the stress out of managing my sessions, giving me more time to focus on the children and the lessons. I highly recommend it!!”

Questions creative clubs ask
Can subs go out automatically when our meeting rhythm varies?
Yes. Set membership subs to recur weekly, monthly or by the term, and they are sent on that schedule. Running a six-week block and then taking a break? Pause the recurring fees and restart them when you regroup — your members, groups and history stay put in the meantime.
How do I add project materials fees?
Add a one-off fee whenever you need to — clay and glazes for the pottery workshop, a fabric pack for the sewing circle, printing costs for the zine group. Apply it to one member, a whole group or everyone at once, and it appears on the same statement as their subs.
Can I see who actually turned up to each session?
Yes. Every session has its own attendance register — open the group, mark members present as they arrive, and the record is kept for you. Handy for clubs that bill per session, and for knowing which workshops are worth repeating.
We have children and adults in different groups — can one account cope?
Yes. Create a group per session or workshop — Saturday Story Time for the little ones, an evening Writers' Circle for the grown-ups — and members can belong to more than one. You can also add a helper or co-leader as a team member to share the admin.
How do I fill places on a new workshop?
Put it on the shared calendar and send a group notice with the date, cost and what to bring. Members and parents see it in the app, and on the day the register shows exactly who came.
